VAPS is offering an informal discussion group via Zoom for members who would like the opportunity to talk to each other about the impact of recent traumatic racial events (police killings of persons of color, protests and riots), on themselves, their clients, and their work as analysts and psychotherapists. Topics of discussion will come from the group. If there is interest, we will schedule a total of three discussions facilitated by VAPS member Lauren Berrizbeitia MS, LCMHC, who has taught and led discussions on racial justice for many years. This opportunity is free for VAPS members and non-members.
