The Vermont Psychoanalytic Study Group (VPSG), a Study Group of the International Psychoanalytic Association, is pleased to offer its 9th annual One-Year Psychoanalytic Seminar Series (OYPSS).

Our focus this year will be on the work of Donald Winnicott including his studies on primitive emotional development, transitional phenomena, aggression, regression and creativity and its influence on child and adult treatment. The seminar is available to mental health clinicians interested in increasing their knowledge of psychoanalytic theory and practice. The Vermont Psychoanalytic Study Group would also like to congratulate Susan Alnasrawi, Johanna Boyce and BetsySprague, all VAPS members, for completing all the train- ing requirements of the IPA approved psychoanalytic study program with VPSG and being accepted in July 2017 as full members of the International Psychoanalytic Association.
